Making the Most of your Repair Call-out

  1. Some tips of getting the most out of the time arranged:
    • Have a clear list of what you want doing
    • Send us a copy of the list when booking (we will try and have everything we need with us)
  2. For smaller jobs
    • Send photos of damaged/broken items
    • Discuss the length of time that it is likely to take with us (so we can stay with you until completed)
    • Agree who is buying and having any item that is being replaced available for the appointment
  3. For Larger or Complex Jobs
    • We may call-out to look at the job to assess and discuss exactly what is needed
